LIABILITY WAIVER By participating in “Xtreme Hip Hop With The Henryz” Step Class, You Acknowledge and Agree to the Following: 1. Physical Activity: Xtreme Hip Hop With The Henryz step class involves vigorous physical activity and may require intense cardiovascular exertion. It is important to consult with a physician or healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns. 2. Personal Responsibility: You voluntarily assume all risks and responsibilities associated with participating in the step class. You understand and acknowledge that there is a possibility of physical injury, and you agree to exercise caution and use your judgment to participate at your own risk. 3. Instructor Guidance: While the instructors of Xtreme Hip Hop With The Henryz step class are trained professionals, they cannot provide individualized attention or supervision to each participant throughout the entire class. It is your responsibility to listen to and follow their instructions, modify movements as necessary, and ask for assistance or clarification when needed. 4. Injury Risk: You understand and acknowledge that injuries can occur during physical activities, including but not limited to sprains, strains, muscle pulls, falls, and collisions. These injuries can occur despite proper technique and precautions. You agree that neither the instructors nor Xtreme Hip Hop With The Henryz can be held liable for any injury or harm that may occur during the step class. 5. Personal Property: Xtreme Hip Hop With The Henryz is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings during the step class. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety and security of your personal items. 6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xtreme Hip Hop With The Henryz, its instructors, and staff from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your participation in the step class.
